STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
You have trained me this physics problem better than our physics teacher.”, “You are teaching this grammar better than our high school English teacher.”, “If I enroll my son in this school for the next year, will you be his teacher again?”, … are what I have been hearing throughout my life every now and then.
One may hurriedly conclude I succeeded where some others had failed at some point. However, when I pay a close attention to the sentences, I can spot a common undertone among them other than the evident satisfaction of the service received. The hidden truth is there is always a better way or better one. Nothing is perfect and nobody is the best. This time I had the chance to play this role. Next time might be the other way around.
All we strive to raise a smile on somebody's face through providing a quality service is both appreciative and approving by any standard. Nevertheless, we are deceived to believe it is the best to offer. Success is a relative concept. Human-wise there is always “better” not “the best” and if there is ever anything as such, that is divine.
